Regions

We currently ship to the United Kingdom and Germany.
For international delivery requests outside these regions, please contact our support team before placing your order.

Handling & Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).

  • Once your order ships, you’ll receive a dispatch confirmation with tracking.

Shipping Options

United Kingdom

  • Standard Shipping: Free for orders over £70 — 3–6 business days

  • Express Shipping: Flat rate (shown at checkout) — 1–3 business days

Germany

  • Standard Shipping: Free for orders over €70 — 3–6 business days

  • Express Shipping: Flat rate (shown at checkout) — 1–3 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier capacity, weather, or customs.

Carriers

We partner with Royal Mail, DPD, DHL, GLS, and other trusted couriers.
All parcels include tracking information when available.

Customs & Import Duties

Orders delivered to countries outside the United Kingdom or the European Union may be subject to import taxes or customs duties, payable by the customer.
Toolore is not responsible for delays caused by customs or local postal services.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Parcels

If your parcel is lost, delayed, or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
We will investigate with the courier and arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.
